About

Who I am

I work in healthcare IT, mostly around systems, workflows, and how work actually gets done. I have spent over a decade in this space, and it has shaped how I notice friction, habits, and the small things that make work feel easier or harder. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and paying attention to things that stay with me longer than expected.

What this site is for

This site is my notebook on the web. It is where I collect thoughts, reflections, and small experiments. I write about growth, habits, creativity, work, and the small routines and choices that shape how days go.

I do not have it all figured out. This is where I write things down as I go.

How my experience fits in

Much of what I write comes from work and real life. The lessons show up naturally, but this is not a portfolio or a list of services. I share what I have picked up along the way, in case it helps someone else.

What matters to me

I try to keep things honest and clear. I am not here to preach or act like I have it figured out. I share what has helped me and what I keep coming back to.

Why I made this site

I built this site to have a place to collect my thoughts and keep track of ideas worth returning to. Writing helps me slow down and understand things more clearly. If something here resonates with you, that is enough.

If you are curious what I am thinking through lately, a few recent posts appear below.

This site will keep changing as I do.
